The Problem
The workshop was busy. The system was a mess.
The brief came from a real mechanic running a real workshop in Perth. Business was good — the bookings were there, the work was coming in. But behind the scenes it was chaos.
Jobs were written on paper. Invoices were done by hand, hours after the work was finished — if they got done at all. There was no way to look up a customer's history, no way to track what had been paid, no visibility into how the business was actually performing.
Off-the-shelf software existed, but nothing quite fit. The products that came close were bloated with features he'd never use, built for overseas markets, and priced for businesses three times his size.
He needed something built for the way an Australian workshop actually runs. So we built it.
The Approach
Built around the workflow, not the other way around.
Before writing a line of code, we spent time understanding how the workshop operated day to day — how jobs came in, how they were tracked, how invoices were raised, how staff were managed.
The goal wasn't to replicate what other workshop software does. It was to build exactly what this workshop needed and nothing it didn't.
Every feature in PintoTech exists because a real mechanic said it needed to exist.

The Build
Six months. One team. Built properly.
PintoTech was designed and built entirely by Altus Global Solutions over six months. No contractors, no offshore development, no shortcuts.
The platform is built on a clean, maintainable architecture — designed to scale as new features and new industry suites are added over time. Hosted on DigitalOcean infrastructure with Australian compliance baked in from day one, not bolted on later.
Tech Stack
The Outcome
Ready to launch. Built to last.
PintoTech is complete and preparing for launch. The Mechanic Suite is the first of several industry suites planned under the PintoTech platform — with an Admin Suite and Care Suite in development.
What started as solving one mechanic's problem has become a full commercial SaaS product — and a demonstration of exactly the kind of work Altus Global Solutions is built to deliver.
